About me

My name is Malte Langkabel. I was born in 1988 and grew up in the small town of Drensteinfurt near Münster, Germany.

Since childhood my interests in both, art and computer science, especially in programming computer games grew bigger and bigger.

After high school I took up my studies of the two bachelor programs

MultiMediaArt with focus on 3D Animation and
MultiMediaTechnology with focus on Game Programming

at Salzburg University of Applied Sciences in the course of the so called "Doppelstudium" in 2009.

Dispite the fact that I really like art, after a while I realized that working as a programmer somehow felt like being more creative to me. Therefore I decided to study MultiMediaTechnology at a masters degree level after completing both of my bachelor courses.
